Every season is self contained, so there is no order to follow and no cast to remember. What varies is the format: some seasons are all newcomers, some are returnees, and a few have a gimmick in the title. Start with a plain one, because the twists only land once you know what normal looks like.

The best of the international versions and entirely self contained. Shorter legs, a smaller country, and a noticeably kinder tone.
Worth knowing about: the Israeli version runs four times the episodes of the American one and is, by a distance, the largest thing in the franchise.
