Anywhere. It is an anthology and every episode is its own story with its own cast, so there is no wrong order and no episode you have to see first. The one exception in the whole run is USS Callister, in series 4, which has a sequel at the end of series 7: watch those two the right way round and everything else is free. If you want the usual advice, most people start at series 3 episode 1, Nosedive, and go from there.
