2016. Start here. It compresses the manga but tells the mystery cleanly, and it is the version everyone means when they recommend this.
2017, released all at once. Watch second if you want the manga's epilogue, which the anime skips. It stands alone perfectly well.
Optional and last. Two hours for a story the others give twelve episodes, and the ending is the part people complain about.
Then what? Nothing further exists. The manga finished in March 2016 and no sequel adaptation has been announced.
