Three hundred and seventy eight episodes across twenty four seasons, and the only thing anybody disputes is whether the first two seasons had ten episodes or eleven.
Any season. Nothing continues between them except Gordon Ramsay. The one practical thing to know is that season length is not constant: the first three seasons are eleven episodes and the middle of the run reaches twenty two, before settling at a flat sixteen from season 13 onward.
