Seven seasons in order. It is a spin-off of both Arrow and The Flash and it expects you to know roughly who these people are, although it explains itself as it goes. It is also the one Arrowverse series that changes genre: the first season is a fairly straight time-travel adventure and by the third it is a comedy.
