Harry Goz, who voiced Captain Murphy, died in September 2003. Rather than recast, the show sent the character off to the Great Spice Wars and introduced a new captain voiced by Goz's son. That happens in the third season and carries through the rest.
Then what? Nothing else exists. A pitch pilot, an earlier unaired pilot and two unfinished episodes are on the discs as extras and have never streamed.
