Release order and story order are the same thing here, so there is no puzzle to solve. The only real question is whether to open with the animated film or the famous one, and since no character appears in more than one film, nothing is spoiled either way. Most people are better served starting with Train to Busan, because it is the better film and the animated one is bleak in a way that puts people off before they are invested.
