Beyblade

Four generations that share a toy and nothing else, and the English release of two of them merged pairs of episodes into one.

Where to start with Beyblade

Start at the beginning of whichever generation you care about. Each of the four starts fresh with a new cast, a new setting and new hardware, and no source found describes a single character or plot carrying between them. Inside a generation the order is strict.

  1. 1
Beyblade X, from episode one Beyblade X

2023 onward, still running, and the modern production. The lowest friction way in today. It is one continuously numbered run, so the Bey Kingdom Arc at episode 135 is a new arc rather than a restart and is not a sane entry point.

  2. 2
The Metal Saga, from Metal Fusion Beyblade: Metal Saga

2009 onward, and the generation most people mean when they say they watched Beyblade. Japanese numbering runs across the whole saga, so Shogun Steel is episodes 155 to 199.

  3. 3
The original trilogy, from 2001 Beyblade

A hundred and fifty-four episodes where the counts are not in dispute anywhere, which makes it the easiest to follow.

  4. 4
Burst, if you want the long one Beyblade Burst

Seven seasons and well over three hundred episodes, and the point where the Japanese release moved to YouTube in short form.

Then what? The three BeyWarriors series are a separate continuity that connects to nothing, and exist only in English.

A suggested way in, not an official one. The full list is below: tick anything off in either place.

Everything you tick is saved in this browser and nowhere else. An account is the only way to put your list on another device, and the only way to get it back if this browser clears its storage. It is free and it takes an email address and a password.

Sign in on your phone, your laptop, anything, and the same list is there, kept in step as you tick. Nothing to copy, nothing to remember.

All three are about this franchise and all three are for showing, not moving. The link and the picture open SagaList with that progress displayed next to whatever the person opening it has already ticked. The code is what a friend pastes into Compare below. None of them writes anything into anybody's list.

Read only. This never changes what you have saved, and nothing leaves your browser. The code has to be their code for this same franchise: codes do not carry a name, so one from somewhere else may not be recognised as wrong.

Removes everything ticked here, in this browser. If you are signed in it clears on your other devices too. If you are not, there is no other copy and this cannot be undone.
