From the first episode, in order, and do not let anyone re-sequence it for you. The whole show is built on withholding and revealing in a deliberate order, and the flashbacks, flash-forwards and the fifth season's time travel only work in the order they were broadcast. Two extras exist: thirteen very short pieces that belong between seasons three and four, and a twelve-minute epilogue that was only ever on the DVD and answers a few things the finale does not.
