Two sequels that are not sequels: both are set inside the first film, while he is still a beast.
There is one film here and everything else is either inside it or outside the story entirely. That sounds like a technicality and it is not: watching the two animated sequels as sequels will make no sense at all, because the Beast is a beast in both.

Start and finish here if you only want one thing. Choose a version: the theatrical cut is eighty-four minutes, the 2002 Special Edition puts the Human Again number back into the second act.
If you want it at all, it belongs in the middle of the first film, during the song Something There, which is the stretch between the wolf rescue and the ballroom. It is three unaired television episodes glued together and it plays like it.
Also in the middle, a few weeks after the wolves, but its opening and closing are set about a year after the film ends with the Prince already human. So it is a flashback wrapped in a sequel. Watch it after Belle's Magical World if you are doing both.
Separate continuity. Nothing above leads into it and it owes the sequels nothing.
Then what? Sing Me a Story with Belle, Belle's Tales of Friendship and the 2022 anniversary special all use Belle and none of them tells a story about her. They are outside the order.
