This is the page the site exists for. The two series share a four-episode origin and two crossover stories that run across both of them, and watching either show straight through on its own will hand you episodes that start in the middle.

The three 1973 television films are optional and the series re-establishes itself without them. Season two ends with the two-part story The Bionic Woman, in which Jaime Sommers is introduced and then dies.
The first two episodes of season three revive her. Those four episodes across the two seasons are the prerequisite for the whole of the other show.
The pilot picks up from that arc directly. Fourteen episodes, on ABC.
The Return of Bigfoot is two parts, 19 September 1976 on The Six Million Dollar Man and 22 September on The Bionic Woman. Kill Oscar is three, and it starts on The Bionic Woman on 27 October, moves to The Six Million Dollar Man on 31 October, and finishes back on The Bionic Woman on 3 November. The Bionic Woman moved to NBC for its third season, so there are no more crossovers after 1977 and the two shows finish separately.
Then what? The three reunion films from 1987, 1989 and 1994 run in order and assume both series. The 2007 reboot shares nothing with any of it. The novels are a separate line: only the first was adapted.
