Krrish

The first film is not called Krrish, and there is no Krrish 2.

Where to start with Krrish

Start with Koi... Mil Gaya, which is the first film in this series and does not have Krrish in the title. That is the single thing people get wrong here. It is a science fiction film about a disabled man who befriends an alien, the alien gives him his intelligence and strength back, and his son inherits the gift. The superhero only shows up in the second film. Skip the first and the second one makes much less sense than it should.

  1. 1
Koi... Mil Gaya (2003) Koi... Mil Gaya

The origin, and not marketed as one. Rohit Mehra, an alien called Jadoo, and the powers that get passed to the next generation. Hrithik Roshan plays the father.

  2. 2
    Krrish (2006) Krrish

The superhero film. Rohit's son Krishna has the powers and puts on a mask. Hrithik Roshan now plays the son, with his father in the story too.

  3. 3
    Krrish 3 (2013) Krrish 3

The third film, numbered as though a second one existed. It does not. Krrish was the second; this is the third.

Then what? A fourth film has been announced since 2016 and is now set to be Hrithik Roshan's debut as a director. In June 2026 his father said filming would probably start at the end of 2026, which puts the hoped-for 2027 release in doubt. Nothing has been shot, so nothing is dated here.

A suggested way in, not an official one. The full list is below: tick anything off in either place.

Everything you tick is saved in this browser and nowhere else. An account is the only way to put your list on another device, and the only way to get it back if this browser clears its storage. It is free and it takes an email address and a password.

Sign in on your phone, your laptop, anything, and the same list is there, kept in step as you tick. Nothing to copy, nothing to remember.

All three are about this franchise and all three are for showing, not moving. The link and the picture open SagaList with that progress displayed next to whatever the person opening it has already ticked. The code is what a friend pastes into Compare below. None of them writes anything into anybody's list.

Read only. This never changes what you have saved, and nothing leaves your browser. The code has to be their code for this same franchise: codes do not carry a name, so one from somewhere else may not be recognised as wrong.

Removes everything ticked here, in this browser. If you are signed in it clears on your other devices too. If you are not, there is no other copy and this cannot be undone.
