Leprechaun

Eight films, three separate continuities, and two sequels whose titles promise a connection they do not have.

Where to start with Leprechaun

Start with the 1993 film. After that you have three choices, and they do not join up.

  1. 1
    Leprechaun (1993) Leprechaun

The one everything else answers to. Warwick Davis sets the character and the rules, and both reboots measure themselves against this film rather than any sequel.

  2. 2
    Leprechaun 2 (1994) Leprechaun 2

The only straightforward continuation, and the last time the series behaves normally. From the third film the entries are built to work on their own.

  3. 3
    Leprechaun Returns (2018) Leprechaun Returns

Jump here from the first film if you want a story rather than a run of one offs. It is a direct sequel to 1993 and pretends the other six do not exist, so nothing in between is needed.

Then what? Films three through six are self contained. Watch whichever premise appeals, in any order, and do not expect the endings to carry. Origins from 2014 is a separate reboot with a different creature and no jokes, and it connects to nothing.

A suggested way in, not an official one. The full list is below: tick anything off in either place.

Everything you tick is saved in this browser and nowhere else. An account is the only way to put your list on another device, and the only way to get it back if this browser clears its storage. It is free and it takes an email address and a password.

Sign in on your phone, your laptop, anything, and the same list is there, kept in step as you tick. Nothing to copy, nothing to remember.

All three are about this franchise and all three are for showing, not moving. The link and the picture open SagaList with that progress displayed next to whatever the person opening it has already ticked. The code is what a friend pastes into Compare below. None of them writes anything into anybody's list.

Read only. This never changes what you have saved, and nothing leaves your browser. The code has to be their code for this same franchise: codes do not carry a name, so one from somewhere else may not be recognised as wrong.

Removes everything ticked here, in this browser. If you are signed in it clears on your other devices too. If you are not, there is no other copy and this cannot be undone.
