Lilo & Stitch

The film numbered two is not the second one, and after the finale the timeline splits in half.

Where to start with Lilo & Stitch

In the order below, and note that it is not release order. The film called Lilo & Stitch 2 came out third and is set second, which is the single most common mistake made with this franchise.

  1. 1
    Lilo & Stitch (2002) Lilo & Stitch

The origin, and the best thing in the franchise. Nothing precedes it.

  2. 2
    Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch (2005) Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch

A midquel. Despite the two in the title and the 2005 date, it is set between the first film and the series pilot, before the experiment hunt begins. Watching it in release order puts it after a show whose premise it predates.

  3. 3
Stitch! The Movie (2003) Stitch! The Movie

The pilot film for the television series. It establishes that the remaining six hundred and twenty five experiments are loose, which is the premise every episode of the show depends on. Skipping it and starting the series is the other common mistake.

Then what? Then the series itself, sixty five episodes across two seasons, followed by Leroy & Stitch, which is both the series finale and the end of the original canon. After that the timeline forks: the Japanese series Stitch! and the Chinese series Stitch & Ai both follow Leroy & Stitch and neither follows the other, so pick one or watch both as alternatives rather than in sequence. The 2025 live action film is its own line with a sequel dated for 2028.

A suggested way in, not an official one. The full list is below: tick anything off in either place.

Everything you tick is saved in this browser and nowhere else. An account is the only way to put your list on another device, and the only way to get it back if this browser clears its storage. It is free and it takes an email address and a password.

Sign in on your phone, your laptop, anything, and the same list is there, kept in step as you tick. Nothing to copy, nothing to remember.

All three are about this franchise and all three are for showing, not moving. The link and the picture open SagaList with that progress displayed next to whatever the person opening it has already ticked. The code is what a friend pastes into Compare below. None of them writes anything into anybody's list.

Read only. This never changes what you have saved, and nothing leaves your browser. The code has to be their code for this same franchise: codes do not carry a name, so one from somewhere else may not be recognised as wrong.

Removes everything ticked here, in this browser. If you are signed in it clears on your other devices too. If you are not, there is no other copy and this cannot be undone.
