Four series, one continuity, and a spin-off that has to be watched inside season four rather than after it.
One long series and three shorter ones, all in the same continuity. The order is release order with a single interruption, and that interruption matters because a main character is written out of the parent show while it happens.

Twenty-two episodes and nothing before it. The first three seasons run straight through with no complications.
Stop at episode thirteen, the Halloween special. It is the backdoor pilot for Ravenswood and it aired the same night as that show's premiere.
Ten episodes to watch here rather than later. Caleb leaves the parent show to lead it and Hanna turns up in its finale, so watching it afterwards makes his absence and return incoherent.
Then what? Go back to season four episode fourteen and run through to the end of season seven. Then The Perfectionists, which is a direct sequel with two of the original leads. Then Original Sin and its second season, which is retitled Summer School but is the same series with the episodes numbered straight through. Everything here is cancelled and two of them end on cliffhangers that will not be resolved.
