Where to start with Sgt. Frog

Start at episode one of the 2004 series and watch as much as you feel like. It is episodic comedy about an alien platoon that failed to invade Earth and now lives in a family's house, and nothing accumulates. The three hundred and fifty eight is a reason to dip in rather than a reason to commit.

  1. 1
The 2004 series, from episode one Sgt. Frog

Fifty one episodes a year for seven years. The English dub covers the first seventy eight and then stops, so an English-only viewer runs out roughly a season and a half in.

  2. 2
The films, any of the five The Keroro Gunso films

One a year from 2006 to 2010, made while the series was running, and each stands alone.

  3. 3
The 2026 series, from episode one Keroro Gunso

A fresh start with a new cast and a new studio, airing now. A reasonable place to begin if you would rather not open a three hundred and fifty eight episode run.

Then what? The 2014 Keroro is twenty three three minute Flash shorts and a separate adaptation rather than a continuation. The 2026 film came out three months before the new series and is its own thing. The co-feature shorts are fourteen to seventeen minutes each and were only ever shown with the films.

A suggested way in, not an official one. The full list is below: tick anything off in either place.

Everything you tick is saved in this browser and nowhere else. An account is the only way to put your list on another device, and the only way to get it back if this browser clears its storage. It is free and it takes an email address and a password.

Sign in on your phone, your laptop, anything, and the same list is there, kept in step as you tick. Nothing to copy, nothing to remember.

All three are about this franchise and all three are for showing, not moving. The link and the picture open SagaList with that progress displayed next to whatever the person opening it has already ticked. The code is what a friend pastes into Compare below. None of them writes anything into anybody's list.

Read only. This never changes what you have saved, and nothing leaves your browser. The code has to be their code for this same franchise: codes do not carry a name, so one from somewhere else may not be recognised as wrong.

Removes everything ticked here, in this browser. If you are signed in it clears on your other devices too. If you are not, there is no other copy and this cannot be undone.
