Where to start with Deathstalker

Watch the 1983 film. After that this is an anthology built around a name rather than a series, so nothing has to follow anything.

  1. 1
    Deathstalker (1983) Deathstalker

Rick Hill, Argentina, and Roger Corman's answer to Conan. It is the only entry the rest of the series ever bothers to remember.

  2. 2
    Deathstalker II (1987) Deathstalker II

Worth its own place because it is a different kind of film. New lead, and Jim Wynorski plays it as an outright comedy, which is either the best or the worst thing in the series depending on what you wanted.

  3. 3
    Deathstalker (2025) Deathstalker

Skip straight here from the first film if you like. It is a legacy sequel to 1983 and it ignores the three in between, so nothing is lost.

Then what? Deathstalker and the Warriors from Hell from 1988 has a third lead and is a Mexican production that borrows footage and music from other films. Deathstalker IV from 1991 brings Rick Hill back and recycles fight scenes from the earlier entries. Neither needs the other and neither needs you.

A suggested way in, not an official one. The full list is below: tick anything off in either place.

Everything you tick is saved in this browser and nowhere else. An account is the only way to put your list on another device, and the only way to get it back if this browser clears its storage. It is free and it takes an email address and a password.

Sign in on your phone, your laptop, anything, and the same list is there, kept in step as you tick. Nothing to copy, nothing to remember.

All three are about this franchise and all three are for showing, not moving. The link and the picture open SagaList with that progress displayed next to whatever the person opening it has already ticked. The code is what a friend pastes into Compare below. None of them writes anything into anybody's list.

Read only. This never changes what you have saved, and nothing leaves your browser. The code has to be their code for this same franchise: codes do not carry a name, so one from somewhere else may not be recognised as wrong.

Removes everything ticked here, in this browser. If you are signed in it clears on your other devices too. If you are not, there is no other copy and this cannot be undone.
