Over 1,200 episodes, roughly half of them filler, and twenty-nine films the manga has never once referred to.
Nobody watches this in full and the series does not expect anyone to. Almost every episode is a self-contained case, so what actually needs an order is the small number of episodes that move the Black Organization plot. Those are below, with the episode numbers, because season numbers here mean different things on different services.

The origin. A teenage detective is poisoned, wakes up as a small child, and moves in with a girl who must not find out. Every one of the next twelve hundred episodes assumes these two.
