Elite

On the data. The most common error about this show is the count of the shorts. Most 2021 coverage, and the Spanish language encyclopedia entry, describes Elite Short Stories as four miniseries and twelve episodes, because that only counts the June batch. There are seven miniseries and 21 episodes: four in June 2021 set between seasons three and four, and three in December 2021 set between seasons four and five. Every one is three episodes titled simply Parte 1, Parte 2 and Parte 3, running roughly ten to seventeen minutes each. The placement of the December batch is established from the release window, the plots following on from season four and feeding into season five, and the shared Christmas framing, rather than from a single official statement, though the release dates alone constrain it. The main series is settled: eight seasons of eight episodes, 64 in total, confirmed by four independent sources including Netflix's own title page, with the ending announced on 6 July 2023 and season eight released on 26 July 2024. There is no season nine, no revival and nothing announced. Two shows that turn up next to this one and are not part of it: Class, the Indian remake for Netflix that premiered in February 2023 with its own continuity, and Olympo, a different Spanish Netflix series from the same production ecosystem rather than a spin-off. The original title carries an accent, Élite, and the on screen logo restyles it each season, with the third season rendered as ÉLIT3, the seventh as ÉLI7Ǝ and the eighth as ÉLIT∞. On content, this is a mainstream teen drama rated TV-MA with sex, nudity, drug use and violence, and nothing on it falls outside what a mainstream service airs.
