Two shows, seven seasons then five, in that order. It is completely straightforward with one hard rule: do not start the second one first, because it is set after the first one ends and treats that ending as common knowledge.

Thirteen episodes and nothing before it. The show runs thirteen a season throughout except for one, so a season showing fourteen elsewhere in your list is probably a bad ingest.
The only fourteen-episode season in the run, and the one that introduces the prosecutor who later becomes a regular in the spin-off. Widely rated the strongest stretch of the show.
Ten episodes following a different club on the Mexican border, set about two and a half years after the seventh season ends. Its premise assumes you know what happened to the original club and to its president.
Then what? Mayans runs five seasons of ten and finished in 2023, so the whole thing is a hundred and forty-two episodes. A dozen characters cross over, most substantially Marcus Alvarez and Lincoln Potter, with Chibs, Tig and Wendy all appearing later. The long-discussed prequel about the club's founding has never been ordered.
