Where to start with Tekken

There is no watch order here, because nothing follows anything. Six separate pieces of screen work sharing a cast list and nothing else. Pick the one you want.

  1. 1
    Tekken: Bloodline (2022) Tekken: Bloodline

Start here if you want one thing. Six short episodes, it explains the Mishima family from scratch, and it is the closest any of these come to the story the games actually tell.

  2. 2
Tekken: Blood Vengeance (2011) Tekken: Blood Vengeance

The best looking of them. It assumes you can tell Jin, Kazuya and Heihachi apart on sight, so it rewards knowing the games more than the others do, and it is explicitly not canon.

  3. 3
Tekken: The Motion Picture (1998) Tekken: The Motion Picture

The oldest, and its own thing entirely. Watchable cold.

  4. 4
    Tekken (2010) and Tekken 2: Kazuya's Revenge (2014) Tekken

The live action pair, in that order, and only if you want them. The second is a prequel to the first, not to any game, and its lead is an amnesiac assassin rather than the Kazuya of the games.

Then what? The 2012 short is a two minute advert. TEKKEN! CARTOON was announced in June 2026 with no date. A live action remake has been reported for years with no sign of movement and nothing is listed for it.

A suggested way in, not an official one. The full list is below: tick anything off in either place.

Everything you tick is saved in this browser and nowhere else. An account is the only way to put your list on another device, and the only way to get it back if this browser clears its storage. It is free and it takes an email address and a password.

Sign in on your phone, your laptop, anything, and the same list is there, kept in step as you tick. Nothing to copy, nothing to remember.

All three are about this franchise and all three are for showing, not moving. The link and the picture open SagaList with that progress displayed next to whatever the person opening it has already ticked. The code is what a friend pastes into Compare below. None of them writes anything into anybody's list.

Read only. This never changes what you have saved, and nothing leaves your browser. The code has to be their code for this same franchise: codes do not carry a name, so one from somewhere else may not be recognised as wrong.

Removes everything ticked here, in this browser. If you are signed in it clears on your other devices too. If you are not, there is no other copy and this cannot be undone.
